Reauthorize a connection

Replace the credentials of a connection owned by the authenticated connected user, keeping its id. The supplied parameters replace the connection's authorization parameters wholesale: a parameter that is not supplied is cleared, not preserved, so submit the complete authorization parameter set. Connection-level properties are untouched. A successful call also marks the connection's credentials valid again.
